My name is Yusuf Hamzala (track 4B), an Exam Officer at Al-Mishkat Academy, Jalingo. Through this program, I applied CRM knowledge by using Google Sheets to properly track students who paid for the BECE examination, improving record-keeping and follow-up.
I also created a school logo using Gemini and Canva, and set up a Facebook page where I scheduled posts generated with ChatGPT to support the school’s online presence.
