how to effectively set up and manage WhatsApp Business for customer engagement, and how to use AI prompts to improve productivity and automate business tasks.
The training has broadened my understanding of how technology and AI can be applied to real business operations, especially for small and growing businesses.
I am more confident now in using digital tools to improve efficiency, branding, and communication.
