Hello, MTN Foundation Team.
I am Umaru Mayor Zinatu. On behalf of Zeethfabs, I would love to appreciate MTNF, and I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to be part of the MTN Foundation ICT & Business Skills Training, Virtual Assistant Track 4B. This program has been one of the most impactful learning experiences I’ve had in the cause of the Week 4.
Before joining this training, I had the passion to grow as a Virtual Assistant and scale my business, (Zeethfabs,) but I lacked structure, automation, and clear systems to manage tasks efficiently. Through this program, I gained hands-on experience that transformed the way I work both as a Virtual Assistant and an entrepreneur.
During the course, I learned to use Google Forms to collect client inquiries, Google Sheets to track and manage client data, and Gmail to communicate professionally. I also learned to automate workflows using Zapier, connecting tools and reducing manual tasks—making my processes faster, more accurate, and more organized.
I also developed a strong understanding of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), brand consistency, file organization using Google Drive, and effective task management. I learned to schedule and manage social media content using Buffer, ensuring Zeethfabs stays consistent online without stress.
This training not only enhanced my Virtual Assistant skills but also strengthened my business operations. I now manage client inquiries, track orders, follow up efficiently, and handle customer communication for Zeethfabs brand with confidence and professionalism. The structured workflows and automation tools I learned have significantly boosted my productivity and service delivery.
What makes this program truly special is that it was offered completely free, yet delivered immense value—skills that many pay a lot to learn.
I am sincerely thankful to MTN Foundation, Dr. Lois, the facilitators, class managers—especially Beatrice—and my classmates for their guidance and support throughout this journey.
Most importantly, I am proud of myself for staying committed and completing every assignment. The thing is, I almost gave up at the cause of week 1, but I am glad I keep scaling through the rest of the weeks. I now feel confident, skilled, and ready to apply these tools to grow Zeethfabs and deliver exceptional service.
