I want to say big thank you to MTN foundation for granting me the privilege to participate in the knowledge packed MTN ICT Skil training for business,
It has been a four weeks of intensive, interesting and successful learning of ICT Skil to help me grow in business,
As a trainee in the AI Automation for business class I have been trained on both theory and practical ICT skills, and was also taught how to implement the various skills such as,
1)Digitalization of our business
2) AI and business design
3) business Automation amongst others, were we were introduced to different soft tools like trello, calendly, that will enable us digitize our business
During this training period I have been able to apply and implement 90% of the training content which has yield a significant improvement in my business,
Some of the significant improvement as
1) business operations are done with less stress.
2) significant amount of time is saved.
3) the I’ve been able to reach a wider market and Client base.
4) jobs are done in a more professional manner.
5) theirs a seamless customers relations between me and my clients.
6) I’m able to track different aspects of my business with less effort.
Indeed the MTN ICT skill for business should be a requirement for every individual and organization.
