The masterclass was highly impactful due to its strong focus on practical, actionable steps rather than theory. The sessions were easy to understand and could be applied immediately to real business situations. I gained valuable insights into using digital tools, consistency, and visibility to drive income growth, as well as the importance of continuous learning and adopting AI tools such as Canva, ChatGPT, and Gemini to enhance business operations.
I also developed a clearer understanding of how different social media platforms work and how to use them strategically based on specific business goals and target audiences. In addition, the sessions offered practical guidance on accessing new markets for micro-enterprises in Nigeria, highlighting key buyer expectations such as quality, consistency, packaging, trust, and clear communication. Challenges like limited visibility and capital were addressed with realistic and achievable solutions. These lessons will guide my efforts to strengthen packaging, improve communication, and expand into new digital and market opportunities.
