Through learning tools such as Zapier, Canva, Calendly, WhatsApp Business, and Google Slides, I am now better prepared to manage and grow my business efficiently. Canva will allow me to design attractive promotional materials and social media content to market my salon. Calendly and calendar management will help me organize appointments, save time, and avoid scheduling conflicts.
With WhatsApp Business, I will be able to communicate professionally with my clients, send reminders, and build strong customer relationships. Zapier will help automate routine tasks, giving me more time to focus on delivering quality service. Google Slides will enable me to present my business ideas and services in a professional manner when needed.
Overall, this training has equipped me with essential digital skills that will help me run a modern, organized, and customer-focused hairdressing salon. I am truly grateful to MTN for this empowering opportunity.
