*1.What stood out to me* most in the Master Class was the clarity of the 30-day action plan. Breaking market expansion into weekly, actionable steps identifying buyers, engaging them, refining products, and closing sales made the process feel achievable rather than overwhelming. I also found the balance between digital and physical channels insightful. Learning how platforms like WhatsApp Business, Jumia, and Instagram can complement offline strategies such as trade fairs and cooperatives gave me a practical framework for versatility. The case study of Aisha’s Zobo business was especially inspiring, demonstrating how small improvements in packaging and targeting can generate recurring revenue streams.
*2.Impact on My Business*
The training program has had a transformative impact on my business. I have begun adopting digital tools for visibility and customer engagement, such as setting up a Google Business Profile and using WhatsApp Business for personalized communication. The sessions on export opportunities and smart technology investments shifted my mindset from operating informally to thinking strategically about scaling meeting standards, packaging well, and leveraging aggregators for regional reach.
*3.The frameworks on H.I.T., P.A.C.E., and S.C.A.L.E.* gave me a structured way to evaluate which processes to digitize first. I have already started piloting automation in lead follow-ups, saving time and improving consistency. Overall, the program has moved me from a survival mindset to one of strategic growth, equipping me with both the confidence and the tools to compete in broader markets.
