The master classes have had a direct and practical impact on my business. They have reshaped how I position Mazagane Data in the market, moving from a routine daily transaction model to a more structured and growth-oriented enterprise. I am now more intentional about expanding into new customer segments, strengthening partnerships, and positioning the business beyond just a neighborhood service.
Operationally, I am improving my systems, documentation, and digital processes to ensure efficiency and sustainability. I am also more financially conscious keeping clearer records, planning strategically, and preparing the business for future funding and expansion opportunities.
Overall, the program has strengthened my confidence as a youth entrepreneur and given Mazagane Data a clearer growth direction. I feel better equipped, more strategic, and ready to scale sustainably.
