What stood out for me during the master class was how the themes Unlocking Business Growth through Access to Information: Tools, Data and Digital Skills for MSMEs and Level Up: Infrastructure Solutions for Micro Enterprises directly addressed the real challenges faced by small business owners.
The session highlighted the importance of having access to the right information, data, and digital skills to make smarter business decisions and unlock growth. I also gained valuable insights into how infrastructure solutions such as reliable power, digital platforms, and efficient equipment can improve productivity and support business expansion.
Going forward, I plan to continue applying these lessons by adopting automation and digital tools such as WhatsApp Business automation, Zapier, Google Gemini, and other AI-driven solutions to streamline customer communication, manage records, automate repetitive tasks, and improve overall efficiency. I will also focus on strengthening my business infrastructure to ensure sustainable growth.
