My name is Sadiq Abdullahi, the founder of Young Painters Group, and I am a participant in the MTN ICT & Business Skills Training (Phase 7) under the Design and Digital Transformation for Business track (WhatsApp Group 1D).
From the very beginning of the program, the onboarding process was well organized, and it was clear that the training was designed to deliver real value to entrepreneurs. The structure of the sessions made learning engaging, practical, and easy to apply.
Throughout the training, I gained practical knowledge on how to combine business skills with digital and design tools to improve and grow my business. The sessions focused on real-life challenges faced by small business owners, especially in areas such as branding, digital tools, and professional business presentation.
One major transformation for me was learning how to use digital tools, particularly Canva, to present my business more professionally. Before the training, my business lacked a clear digital structure, but now I have the confidence and skills to improve my branding, communicate my services more effectively, and attract more customer interest.
As the program came to an end, it significantly changed my perspective on business growth in the digital age. The knowledge gained is practical and already being applied in my business. I am sincerely grateful to the MTN Foundation for this opportunity, as the training goes beyond learning—it is an investment in the growth, confidence, and future of young entrepreneurs.
