Ruth Owakoza Richard

Y’ello!
My name is Ruth Owakoza Richard, and I am a participant in the MTNC ICT and Business Skills and Training Programm (Phase 7); Virtual Assistant as a Business
The training has been impactful and transformative.
I learned how to use tools and systems like Google Workspace, trello, calendly Loom, and zapier to manage, execute, and automate tasks. I am now able to manage email through systems like creating signatures, labels, filters, templates, etc, to enhance an organized inbox.
With trello, projects are managed and monitored up to execution. With loom, instructional videos can be recorded to teach when the need arises.
I’ve also been able to create a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) to document all the processes and systems in the operations of my business. With all these and even more, there’s been a significant improvement on time management and prompt delivery.
This has been possible with the succinct and practical teachings of the facilitators and unwavering support from my course manager. They delivered exceptionally.
I am very excited for a beneficiary of the wave of transformation the MTNF has brought through the programme. I am now more confident than ever as a virtual assistant and more hopeful that with all learnt during the training, the future will be brighter for me, and I’d recommend this training to others because has a lot of value and even for free.
I would like to appreciate MTNF for initiating and sustaining this programme up to now. Thank you for providing internet data to enable/encourage us in the training. Thank you for me investing in me and my future. This is one of the great waves of revolutionising the Nigerian economy, inclusive of the youths.
