Hello, my name is Rabiu Usman . I am a business owner of Hammanyero communication centre also a participant in the MTN ICT & Business Skills Training, Phase 7, under the Virtual Assistance for Business track.
First of all I will like to appreciate the effort of MTN for given me this opportunity to attained this training
I would describe this training as an opportunity and very useful. It exposed me to modern ways of running and organizing a business using digital tools.
One important lesson I gained from the program is how to apply technology to everyday business activities. I learned how to create WhatsApp business, keep business records properly and track clients properly with Google Sheets, and manage time and appointments effectively using Calendly. Since applying these tools to my business, my work process has become smoother, my customer management has improved, and I am now more productive than before.
Being part of the MTN ICT & Business Skills Training, Phase 7 has been a rewarding experience for me. The Virtual Assistance for Business training has equipped me with practical skills and boosted my confidence to operate my business more professionally.
I sincerely appreciate the MTN Foundation for organizing this program. Your commitment to empowering entrepreneurs is making a real difference and supporting the growth of small businesses across the country.
