My name is Pearl Ewenforo Obiajunwa, a participant of the MTN ICT and Business Skills Training Phase 7, Virtual Assistant Track (4A). The training has been an enriching experience, equipping me with practical skills in tools like Google Workspace, Canva, Trello, WhatsApp Business, Meta Business Suite, ChatGPT, and other productivity platforms that now enhance my business operations.
Google Workspace—especially Docs, Sheets, and Forms—has helped me better organize my online clothing business by managing orders, tracking sales, monitoring inventory, and structuring my workflow. Canva has also enabled me to create professional designs that elevate my brand.
The masterclasses, particularly on funding, loan management, and financial decision-making, greatly improved my approach to business growth and financial planning.
