My name is Ovaga Blessing Amarachukwu, and I am a beneficiary of the MTN Foundation Skills Training Programme, enrolled under Track 4B: Virtual Assistant as a Business.
The MTN Foundation Skills Training Programme has been a highly impactful and enriching experience for me and my business. Through this programme, I gained valuable insights into virtual assistance not just as a skill, but as a structured and scalable business. I learned important concepts such as business processes, client inquiry management, SOP creation, digital productivity tools, and professional communication and more.
This programme has also had a direct positive impact on my small-scale business as a foodstuff, provision, and beverages seller. I have been able to apply the knowledge gained in areas such as customer communication, record keeping, stock organization, workflow management, and overall business efficiency. These skills have helped me manage my business more professionally and with better structure.
I sincerely appreciate our Class Manager, Beatrice, for her guidance, patience, encouragement, and dedication throughout the training. I also extend my heartfelt gratitude to the entire MTN Foundation team and facilitators who worked tirelessly to ensure the success of this programme.
Although I am still developing my competence in the skill, the programme has laid a solid foundation for me. I am committed to continuous practice and learning in order to improve my knowledge and confidently apply these skills both in my virtual assistant journey and my business operations.
I am truly grateful to the MTN Foundation for this empowering opportunity. The programme has inspired me towards self-development, self-reliance, and sustainable business growth.
