I, Onwubiko Loveth chinwendu has had a turn around in my business ever since we started this training.Initially,I was giving discount any how,I let emotions get over my business by giving out my food condiment product free of charge to my friends and relatives then,Dr.Folarin taught me it is wrong to do so.
Secondly, I was not keeping data of my customers details like phone number, and names but now I do that .I equally put down my sales and calculate my profit and loss.MTN foundation has taught me to add my transportation fare ,satchet water money and cost of rent as expenses.Honestly,I was not doing that before .
