Nnenna Ugwu

My name is Nnenna Ugwu. Virtual assistant for business, Track 4B.
I am a beneficiary of the MTN Foundation training.
When I was filling out the application form at first I wasn’t sure what course to enrol in, but then I already had a certification for Virtual Assistant.
One part of me wanted to pick the virtual assistant for business course another part of me wanted to pick a completely different course I had not trained in.
But eventually I picked the virtual assistant for business course and today I write this with all the gratefulness in my heart to MTN foundation.
Why ? After understanding the virtual assistant for business course with MTNF it’s has become very clear to me that whatever I thought I had learnt earlier was just a tip of the iceberg.
MTNF took this training to a whole different dimension, the courses had different aspects that was very essential but I had not learnt or heard of.
Every lecture was something different, new and important.
The lecturers were superb and patient in their teachings. Class managers also were very helpful.
I wouldn’t say there were no challenges along the lines as it is in life in general. But I am very grateful to have this opportunity and privilege of doing this with MTNF.
