My name is Mukhtar Jibrin Gane and I am truly grateful for the opportunity to be part of the MTN ICT & Business Skills Training – Virtual Assistant Track 4B. This program has had a remarkable impact on both my personal growth and my poultry Services. The knowledge and practical skills I gained have greatly inspired me to improve how I use technology to manage and grow my poultry business more effectively.
Through this training, I gained valuable hands-on experience that brought a positive transformation to my work processes. I learned how to use Google Forms to collect client inquiries efficiently and Gmail to communicate with clients professionally. I also acquired skills in automating workflows using Zapier, which has helped me connect different tools and reduce manual work, making my processes faster, more accurate, and well organized.
I now have a strong understanding of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and can document step-by-step workflows professionally. I have also learned the importance of consistency and how to use Google Drive and Google Sheets for effective task and data management. Additionally, I gained skills in managing and scheduling social media content using Buffer, helping me maintain a consistent online presence without stress.
What makes this training even more remarkable is that it was offered completely free, yet packed with immense value. I sincerely appreciate MTN for this incredible opportunity, and I am grateful to our facilitator Dr. Lois and our class manager @⁨Beatrice⁩ for their guidance and continuous support throughout this journey. Thank you, MTN, for this life-changing experience.
