The MTN ICT & Business Skills Training program is a great initiative with relevant content that is practical and empowering for entrepreneurs. The facilitators and learning materials are commendable. However, my experience was affected by technical challenges at the beginning, my LMS login didn’t work for the first week, which disrupted my learning and participation. Also, despite being consistent and dedicated throughout the program, I was unable to view my points or track my performance; only the weekly top 50 winners were always displayed. Improving the LMS reliability and transparency of the scoring system will make the program better.
