My name is Morshak Meshak Moses and
MTN has given me a platform to make my business efficient and also thrive. Before now I’ve seen the glimpse of Business Automation most especially in WhatsApp business and other forms of automation and I wondered how that was possible until I was privileged by MTN foundation to actually know from scratch how it’s been done practically and that’s a gamechanger for me.
The master class was an eye opener on how I can access loan for business expansion and what channel to follow and what is required for it to be given.
Now I know what to automate, work even outside working hours and properly organize my business professionally even if it’s small. Before now my laundry business and Financial services was confined in one place with too much repeated manual work but this program was the tool I needed to serve my customers better and also be efficient in my service delivery.I want to thank MTN Nigeria for this rare opportunity to be more enlightened and how to be productive.
