What stood out for me:
What stood out most was how AI and automation can be practically applied to everyday business operations, not just as a future concept but as tools that can be implemented now. The real-life examples of automating workflows, improving decision-making through data, and enhancing customer experience made the session very relatable and impactful.
Lessons I can implement going forward:
Going forward, I plan to explore how automation can help streamline repetitive tasks, improve efficiency, and reduce operational errors in my work. I will also be more intentional about using data-driven insights and AI-powered tools to support better planning, monitoring, and business decisions.
Overall, the masterclass was highly valuable and relevant, and I appreciate MTN’s effort in equipping participants with practical knowledge for the evolving digital workplace.
