My name is Khadijah Yusuf, a business owner and a participant in the MTN ICT & Business Skills Training, Phase 7, under the Virtual Assistance for Business track. The training was both practical and enlightening, providing valuable exposure to digital tools that enhance business efficiency and organization.
Through this program, I developed essential skills in using technology to improve everyday business operations. I learned how to design visually appealing business materials with Canva, maintain accurate business records and client data using Google Sheets, and manage schedules and appointments effectively with Calendly. Applying these tools in my business has helped me work more systematically, improve customer follow-up, and manage my time more effectively.
The MTN ICT & Business Skills Training, Phase 7 has contributed significantly to my personal and professional growth. The Virtual Assistance for Business track has improved my digital competence and increased my confidence in running my business in a more structured and modern way.
I am grateful to the MTN Foundation for creating this opportunity and for their dedication to empowering entrepreneurs with relevant digital skills. This initiative has made a meaningful impact on my business journey.
