Hello everyone, my name is Jibrin Muhammad Jibrin, a participant in the MTN ICT & Business Skills Training, Phase 7, Track 4C – Virtual Assistant.
If I were to describe this training in a few words, I would say it has been eye-opening and skill-building.
Throughout the program, I learned how to organize my work using digital tools, set up professional communication systems, create content, structure client information, and even build automations using Google Forms, Google Sheets, and Zapier. These skills have helped me understand how a Virtual Assistant works in real life and how I can support clients in a more organized and efficient way.
I am really grateful for this experience because it has given me confidence and a clearer direction. I now feel much better prepared to start offering Virtual Assistant services and to grow step by step.
I want to sincerely appreciate the MTN Foundation for making this training possible. It is a valuable opportunity and it is truly building the capacity of young people like me. Thank you for investing in our development.
