“I am sincerely grateful to the MTN Foundation for the opportunity to participate in the ICT & Business Skills Training under the Data Analysis track. Before this program, I relied heavily on manual methods and struggled with poor data management. However, by Week 2, I have already experienced a major improvement in how I understand, organize, and analyze data using Microsoft Excel.
Through lessons on core calculations, conditional functions, cell referencing, VLOOKUP, and transaction processing, I now appreciate how Excel saves time, reduces errors, and supports better business decision-making. This training has shown me that small businesses need structure, not complexity, to grow sustainably.
