My name is hajara Idris adamu,I am so much excited to be among the MTN ICT & and business skills training,from Virtual Assistant For Business track 4B,the program have impacted so much to me this year.
At the beginning of the training i even decided to quit due to partial knowledge of computer i have,it become worse when the first week assignment drop but with the help of my fellow trainee i keep pushing and finally we arrived at the end of tunnel with much light.
I have so much understanding and experience on application which I’m not familiar with such as Google form to collect clients inquiry, goggle sheet,trello, chatgpt,loom and i also learned how scheduled meeting by using calendar and calenderly and i can handle customer inquiries.
The training is so special with free data,my special thanks goes to Dr loise and our class manager Beatrice who work tirelessly during the training.
Thank you MTNF for giving me the opportunity to participate in the training,we will keep pushing and use the knowledge you impact to us in our business.
