I sincerely appreciate MTN for the opportunity to participate in the AI and Automation for Business Operations masterclass. The training was insightful, practical, and very well structured. It opened my eyes to how AI and automation are not just future ideas but real tools that can already be applied to everyday business operations.
What stood out most for me was how the facilitators connected AI concepts to real-life business scenarios automating repetitive tasks, improving decision making through data, and enhancing customer experience. These examples made the learning relatable and easy to understand, even for participants at different levels of technical knowledge.
This training has helped me acquire valuable knowledge that I believe should go beyond workshops alone. I strongly feel that information and digital skills like this should be expanded into senior secondary schools and tertiary institutions across Nigeria, as they will empower students to become more independent, innovative, and job creators able to manage and develop the limited resources available to them into meaningful opportunities.
Going forward, I plan to apply what I have learned by exploring automation tools to improve efficiency, reduce errors, and make better data-driven decisions in my work and business activities. This masterclass has truly added value to my personal and professional growth.
I am grateful to MTN for investing in capacity building and digital empowerment, and I sincerely hope this training will be extended to the next level so more people can benefit.
