However, the training equipped me with essential skills in financial management, customer relationship management (CRM), branding, and digital marketing. With this knowledge, I implemented effective sales tracking, inventory management, and structured customer engagement systems that have significantly enhanced my operations.
As a trained Business Virtual Assistant, I confidently leverage digital tools to streamline operations, improve communication, and elevate customer satisfaction. This program has transformed my business from a passion project into a strategic venture, positioning it for sustainable growth and success.
