This training has been a revelation for my business, Edenora Farm in Benue State. The module on AI and Automation completely changed my mindset—I realized that even a poultry farm can run on autopilot using tools like WhatsApp Business and ChatGPT. The facilitators were excellent at breaking down complex tech concepts.
However, my honest feedback is that implementing these automations on a mobile phone is extremely difficult. Navigating between tabs, setting up API flows, and managing data spreadsheets on a small screen was a major struggle. While the knowledge is world-class, the lack of a laptop is the only barrier stopping me from fully digitizing my operations immediately.
