From the time of Mr Babajide who took us on DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION this program has been an awesome one and have improved my laundry business. His introduction to use of some app like scanner app help me to speedily transfer my data from manual to digital. With data cleaning and formatting of which we learnt from the first class with Dr. Foralin( LEVERAGING DATA FOR BUSINESS GROWTH ) made it much more easier. In fact both of them are awesome instructors. I have gain a lot of insights in my business with a simple click such as – My best customers,My services that is best selling or poorly selling,My delivery gap,My income and expenditures,Etc.
With this my business has been transformed because I can now take constructive decisions on – Which customers not to joke with,Improve on my delivery time,Services that I can either increase or reduce price on,follow up on Customers that have stopped,Months that I will be needing more hands to meet up with my service delivery,Manage my income and expenditures perfectly well,Etc.
