The masterclasses held on Wednesday and Friday were transformative, the sessions were brainstorming, it gave me the digital literacy to turn that information into growth. The master classes taught me how to track my daily enrollments, manage customer records digitally, and promote my NIN and BVN services on social media effectively. Since the training, my workflow has improved and I attend to clients faster and more professionally.
I already see growth in my business. The program was practical, clear, and educative. Thanks to MTN foundation for the opportunity given to me.
