I write to express my profound gratitude to MTN Foundation for this previlaged opportunity to participate in the ICT skill training phase 7 (Virtual Assistant for Business).
The experience has been extremely amazing. The live classes were very educational and easy to understand. The facilitator did an excellent job delivering all the lectures with high standard assignments that made the knowledge acquired to stick better through further research and practicals.
The master class was very informative showing theoretical and practical steps to business growth, visibility and sustainability.
Group interactions, problem solving and the willingness and availability of fellow participants made the experience even greater.
The training has opened me up to various productivity tools such as zoho invoice, Google forms and sheets, Zapier, calendly, better use of canva and Al, i have also learnt how to schedule social media posts using
Meta suite, i have created email signature for my brand and also arrange my Gmail using Label, filters and templates.
Through the knowledge acquired from this training, i have been able to improve on my clients relationship management by recording my clients information on Google spreadsheet and also generate invoice for my client through zoho invoice.
