My name is Dideoluwa Omoare, and I am a participant of the Virtual Assistant Track 4B of the MTNF ICT & Business Skills Training Programme.
This programme has been beneficial to both me and my business. As the head makeup artist at FacesbyDide, the training has helped me learn how to structure my business operations more effectively using tools such as Google Workspace, Trello, spreadsheets, automation tools, and content planning tools. These tools have significantly improved how I organize client bookings, manage projects and time, and follow up professionally with clients.
The training has also helped me shift my mindset from simply completing tasks to thinking more strategically, documenting processes, and building systems that support business growth.
These skills are not only valuable for virtual assistance but are also highly applicable to running and scaling my own business.
Overall, the MTNF ICT & Business Skills Training Programme has equipped me with practical, real-life digital and business skills that I can apply immediately. I am grateful for the opportunity and confident that the knowledge gained will have long-term benefits for my career and business.
