The MTN ICT & Business Skills Training phase 7 has been a very practical and impactful experience for me. Through this program, I learned how to apply AI and automation tools
to real business problems, especially in improving everyday processes.
As a result of the training, I was able to build a simple food ordering automation that helps a small restaurant reduce phone calls, organize customer orders better, and improve their
overall ordering process. This is something I am already testing with a real business.
The sessions were easy to follow, well-structured, and very relevant to small businesses in Nigeria. I appreciate the MTN Foundation for providing this opportunity, and I’m confident
the skills I’ve gained will continue to help me grow and create real impact.
