*My Testimony on AI and Automation for Business Training*
I am truly grateful for the opportunity to participate in the AI and Automation for Business training. The program has really opened my eyes to how technology can be used to improve and grow my business.
Through this training, I learned how to use ChatGPT for business purposes, such as creating business ideas, writing messages and mail to customers and generating marketing content easily and faster. I also learned how to use Canva AI for designing, which has helped me create attractive flyers, posters, and business designs without stress.
In addition, I learned how to use Zapier to create and automate Google Forms, which will help me collect customer information, registrations, and feedback more efficiently. These tools have made my work easier, faster, and more professional.
This training has increased my confidence in using AI and automation for my business and daily work. I now understand that technology is not difficult but a powerful tool to save time, reduce stress, and improve productivity.
I sincerely appreciate MTN for this great opportunity and the trainers for this wonderful opportunity. This training has added great value to my life and business, and I look forward to using what I have learned to achieve better results in the future.
