I deeply appreciate the effort that MTN has put into organizing this program for our cohort and the icing on the cake has been the just concluded, highly impactful and educative master classes that were delivered by seasoned professionals.
Generally, this program has enabled me to take my business from an offline bakery and give it an online presence. The master classes that were held on Wednesday highlighted how to use access and use digital tools to boost business growth and improve sustainability. It thought me how accessing the right information and gaining the right skills can be of great help when channeled into a business in the right way. Friday’s Masterclasses took it a notch higher by first teaching how to access new markets and gain customers even in a saturated market. It thought me that having a selling point and understanding market dynamics is key to gaining and retaining a strong customer base. The evening master class cemented my understanding by teaching me how to level up and position my business in a way that it continues to grow using the right infrastructure.
In all, this program was a much needed development for me to break into the online space and use the freely available tools online to grow and scale my business.
