first of all I appreciate this opportunity to be part of the MTN Foundation Training, Track 4D, where I was trained as a Professional Virtual Assistant for Business.
This training has been very impactful for me.where I gained practical, hands-on knowledge in virtual assistance, which including task management, client communication, and the use of tools such as Trello, zapier, WhatsApp business, the use of Google drive,and Google Workspace. I also learned how to work more professionally and efficiently in my business.
the training has positively transformed my business from analog to digital.I am now uploading my product online where got more clients and i am also good in time management, confident in handling tasks and working with clients.I can Bost my chest to said the use of Google calendar ,in voicing, Google sheet, and I use Google calendar to schedule even .e.g birthday , marriage anniversary date and many more,I sincerely appreciate the throughout the four weeks of training because it’s very impactful I have gained a lot thank you MTNF and learningcorecompany,our facilitator and class manager may the almighty God bless you and continue in doing the good work.
