Since enrolling in the MTN Foundation ICT & Business Skills Training in January, my experience has been profoundly impactful and transformative. The program commenced by establishing a solid foundation in digital and business competencies and progressively advanced into practical applications of artificial intelligence and automation for small enterprises.
Through this training, I have acquired skills to enhance customer communication through WhatsApp Business automation, generate professional business content utilizing AI tools such as ChatGPT, design marketing flyers with the aid of artificial intelligence, and automate workflows using platforms like Zapier and Make. These skills have enabled me to save time, increase operational efficiency, and present my business in a more professional manner.
The training sessions and masterclasses covering market access, infrastructure solutions, and the utilization of data and digital tools have expanded my understanding of how micro and small enterprises can achieve sustainable growth within the digital economy. Overall, this program has boosted my confidence, optimized my business operations, and equipped me with practical, future-oriented skills.
