My name is Amudat Abdullahi, and I am a beneficiary of the MTNF ICT Business Skills Training(2025/26) Phase 7.
Reflecting on this past weeks of the MTN ICT & Business Skills Training, and I am honestly amazed at how much my workflow has transformed! I successfully built a client inquiry automation using Google Forms, Google Sheets, and Zapier. Now, every time a customer asks for a quote, the system automatically logs their details and sends them a confirmation email instantly. This is a game-changer for my response time!
I also developed a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for my ‘Customer Order & Fulfillment’ process. Having these steps clearly documented—and even having it tested by a peer for clarity—gives me so much confidence in scaling my business operations.
Finally, optimizing my LinkedIn profile has helped me position my brand more professionally in the digital space.
