I am truly grateful to the MTN Foundation for this golden opportunity. This training has been more than just a learning experience for me it has been a turning point. The program opened my eyes to smarter, more efficient, and modern ways of managing and growing a business through digital tools.
One of the most valuable takeaways from the training is the practical application of technology in daily business operations. I gained hands-on skills in setting up and managing WhatsApp Business, organizing and tracking clients using Google Sheets, and improving time management and appointment scheduling with tools like Calendly. Since implementing these tools in my business, my operations have become more organized, customer engagement has improved, and my productivity has reached a new level.
Participating in the MTN ICT & Business Skills Training, Phase 7 has been an incredibly empowering experience. The Virtual Assistance for Business track has strengthened my confidence, sharpened my skills, and equipped me to run my business with greater professionalism and vision.
