My name is Ali Bashir Tanko, and I am honored to be a participant in the MTN ICT and Business Skills Training (Phase ), Digital Transformation (Track 3A). As a visually impaired participant, I have found this experience to be profoundly enlightening and enriching. The masterclasses held on Wednesday and Friday offered me invaluable insights into essential digital tools and business planning, which are vital for growth in today’s dynamic economy. This program has truly transformed my perspective and approach to managing my business in the modern digital landscape. In particular, I have learned effective strategies for enhancing customer engagement and understanding how digital transformation can streamline operations. The resource persons were exceptionally knowledgeable and articulate, making complex topics accessible and practical. These masterclasses have opened my eyes to new opportunities and empowered me with the confidence and skills necessary to advance my business.
