Participating in this training has been a truly eye-opening and impactful experience for me. The program exposed me to modern and practical approaches to managing and organizing a business through the effective use of digital tools. It broadened my understanding of how technology can simplify daily operations and improve overall business performance.
One of the most valuable lessons I gained from the program is how to integrate technology into everyday business activities. I learned how to create clean and professional designs using Canva, maintain accurate business records and track clients efficiently with Google Sheets, and manage appointments and time effectively through Calendly. Since implementing these tools in my business, my workflow has become more organized, my customer management has significantly improved, and my overall productivity has increased.
Being part of the MTN ICT & Business Skills Training, Phase 7 has been both rewarding and empowering. The Virtual Assistance for Business training has equipped me with practical, hands-on skills and strengthened my confidence to run my business in a more structured and professional manner.
