Firstly I want to say a very big thank you to mtn foundation for this big opportunity. My name is Adesida Adeniyi and I am a pepper and tomato farmer.
I really learnt alot during the course of this program, before I joined this program I faced a lot of challenges when it comes to building a very good logo design for my business, but after the program I have been able to design a very good logo for my business and it has been really helpful for my business so far.
Additionally, due to my busy schedule and less frequent online presence, replying to customers messages has not been smooth and seamless, but after this program I have learnt how to use WhatsApp business to automate all my replies even when I am not actively online, and this has really improved my customer relationship and customer trust in my business brand.
This program has been a game changer for me in particular and I want to say a very big thank you to mtn once more for this privilege.
