My name is *Adamu* *Njien Zamfara* I run a baking and catering business. I want to say a big thank you to MTN for this opportunity to explore and do better as a business owner.
These 5 weeks of training has opened my eyes and determination to be better off as a business owner and be visible to my customers. As a business owner you must have values, upholding to your your integrity, be accurate, accountable and professional in handling your business. You’re not just doing business for profit making but you’re dealing with minds and characters whom you intend them to continue in business with. So how you handle them matters a lot.
I’ve explored some digital tools in the cause of the training and I must say that I am excited about the whole thing. Scheduling tools, project management tools, communication tools and designing tools has helped me with my business in terms of quality, visibility and professionalism.
I came to understand that as a micro enterprise you must embrace innovation and technology. Take advantage of the Internet and social media to make your business known and build your brand. Be technologically ready and build your business.
