The MTN ICT and Business Skills Foundation Program has been a truly impactful and life-changing experience for me. Before joining the program, I had basic interest in ICT and business, but I lacked proper structure, confidence, and practical direction. This program provided exactly that and more.
One of the most valuable aspects of the program is how well-organized and practical the training is. The lessons are easy to understand, even for beginners, yet rich enough to build real-world skills. The ICT modules helped me improve my digital literacy, computer usage, online productivity, and understanding of modern technology tools. These are skills that are not only relevant today but essential for the future.
The business skills training also had a major impact on me. I learned about entrepreneurship, business planning, customer service, financial management, and problem-solving. These lessons changed the way I think about business and self-employment. I now understand how to turn ideas into opportunities and how to approach challenges with a business mindset.
Another key strength of the MTN Foundation program is its focus on empowerment and self-reliance.
