The training helped me gain practical knowledge of modern digital tools such as ChatGPT, Canva, and Grammarly, which have significantly improved my productivity and efficiency in writing, content creation, and communication. I particularly appreciated how the facilitators simplified complex AI concepts and demonstrated real-life business applications. Through this training, I have developed better confidence in using AI solutions to enhance workflow, automate routine tasks, and improve the quality of my professional output.
