As a participant in MTN ICT and Business Skills Training (Phase 7), this program has had a strong impact on how I think, work, and plan for the future of my business.
Before joining the training, many of my business activities were handled manually. Most client interactions were done face-to-face, and the digital tools I used were basic and uncoordinated. Through this program, I gained a clear understanding of how digital solutions can improve efficiency, visibility, and service quality in a modern business environment.
During the training, I developed practical skills that helped me learn how to:
Transition from manual record-keeping to organized digital systems.
Effectively use platforms such as Google Workspace, WhatsApp Business, and social media for customer communication and brand growth.
Streamline client management through automation, reducing repetitive tasks.
Set up simple customer management systems and strengthen my online presence to reach the right audience.
As a result of this training, I am now confident in my ability to
