Before joining the AI and Automation training, I was running my online shoe store mostly manually. Responding to customers, creating adverts, and managing orders took a lot of time and limited my business growth. I also wasn’t fully confident using digital tools to promote my services in my internet café.
After the training, I gained practical knowledge on automation and AI tools such as WhatsApp Business automation, Canva AI, and other productivity tools. Now I can reply to customers faster, design attractive promotional materials, and manage my business more professionally and efficiently. I have also applied these skills in my internet café by improving how I handle assignments, projects, and document services for clients.
This program has significantly improved my productivity, confidence with technology, and overall business structure. I can clearly see growth and better organization in both of my businesses, and I truly appreciate the impact this training has had on my entrepreneurial journey.
