I want to sincerely appreciate the MTN ICT & Business Skills Program organisers for the opportunity to participate in the Virtual Assistant Track.
The skills I gained are now actively applied in my shoe business and SEN consulting, helping me manage customer orders, inventory, and deliveries using tools like Google Calendar, Calendly, and Asana.
I also use HubSpot to manage customer records and follow up on orders, Zoho Invoice for invoicing and payment tracking, and Canva with ChatGPT to support promotions and customer communication. Overall, the program has greatly improved my organization, efficiency, and professionalism.
