This training has been truly impactful and timely for my business.
As a beauty entrepreneur, I have always focused on delivering quality services, but this program helped me understand how to run my business more professionally, digitally, and efficiently.
Through this training, I gained practical skills that have directly improved how I manage my beauty brand.
I learned how to use Canva to create branded flyers, service menus, promotional posts, and client announcements that now make my business look more professional and appealing online.
I also learned how to use Google Forms to collect client bookings and inquiries, which has made my booking process more organized and stress-free.
I now use Google Drive and Google Sheets to properly store client information, track bookings, expenses, and manage my business records effectively.
The training also exposed me to Calendly, which has helped me understand better scheduling systems and time management for client appointments.
Another major impact for me was learning about Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
I can now clearly document my work processes, pricing structure, and service steps, which has brought more clarity, consistency, and professionalism to my beauty business.
This program has not only improved my technical skills but has also reshaped the way I think about running my business daily. It has helped me become more confident, organized, and intentional about growth.
