My name is Akpan Happiness Nnenna, and I run Evergreen Agro Enterprises. Being part of the MTN ICT & Business Skills Training (Phase 7) has been a really eye-opening experience for me.
The Virtual Assistant for Business(Track 4B) taught me practical skills I’ve already started using in my agribusiness—like managing my time better, organizing my daily tasks, and communicating more professionally with customers,and use digital tools to support my agribusiness. Before the training, I handled most activities manually and without structure. Now, my operations are more organized, efficient, and less stressful.
This training has helped me see my business differently and has pushed me to think and act more like a growth-focused entrepreneur. I’m truly grateful to the MTN Foundation for this opportunity and for supporting small business owners with skills that actually make a difference. I highly recommend this training to any entrepreneur who wants to grow and work smarter.
