The program has been truly transformative.
Through my course in Virtual Assistance, I gained practical knowledge on how to automate my business page using WhatsApp Business features such as the product catalogue, automated greeting and quick replies, and direct links to my social media pages, as well as other digital tools features I had no prior knowledge of or experience using before this training.
These newly acquired skills have significantly simplified my business operations, strengthened customer engagement, and improved my overall service delivery.
I extend special appreciation to my class manager, Mr. Afolabi Mathew, whose guidance, support, and dedication greatly contributed to the success of my learning experience, as well as to all facilitators and organizers who worked tirelessly to ensure a smooth and impactful program.
Beyond my personal growth, this training has empowered me with the confidence and capacity to teach and mentor others, enabling them to adopt these automation tools to improve their businesses and productivity.
